By accessing or using Jipsa.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Jipsa.ai is an AI-powered personal assistant that provides meal planning, event discovery, trip planning, financial guidance, wellness suggestions, and other lifestyle management services. Jipsa connects to third-party services to execute actions on your behalf when authorized.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including actions Jipsa performs on connected services on your behalf.
When you connect third-party services (Amazon Fresh, OpenTable, Google Calendar, etc.), you authorize Jipsa to perform actions on those platforms on your behalf. These actions include but are not limited to: adding items to shopping carts, making reservations, creating calendar events, and retrieving account information. You can revoke access at any time.
Jipsa's suggestions, plans, and recommendations are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions. Nutritional information, financial guidance, and wellness advice are informational only and do not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
Free accounts have limited functionality. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for the current billing period only.
Jipsa.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for actions taken by connected third-party services, incorrect AI-generated suggestions, or any losses resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
